This happens when garments are old. We will not accept returns on this basis nor are we obligated to cover dry cleaning costs. >>> If for some reason you are unhappy with your item (excluding vintage/recycled items) then we offer a 14 days return/exchange policy for domestic. 30 days for international. This starts from the date the item is shipped to you.

>>> We offer refunds, providing the item is returned with the original packaging, minus the p&p costs.
>>> We would advise to post using a tracking method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns
